  4. Do I need an appointment ?

  5. Will I be able to get an appointment today ?

Our receptionists manage a large number of phone calls that come into the office each day. Early morning and early afternoon are particularly busy times of the day, especially on Mondays or after holidays. If your phone call is not of an urgent nature, please try to call mid-morning or late afternoon for best access. If you have an acute condition and need to be seen, please call the office and our receptionists will do their best to give you an appointment for that day.

  6. Why does staff want to know my health concern?

In order to see your physician, you must make an appointment. It is necessary for our staff to ask questions regarding the nature of your visit in order to assess your needs and the urgency of your appointment. Our team members are trained to follow the policies provided by your physician.

We will continue to post and revise frequently asked questions as they arise.

Thank you for your patience, as we are excited to provide you with current information.
